Process Behind Our Bespoke Jewelry Delivery
STEP - 01
Start With Sketch
When we have the customized order, we start the process with the sketch, this is the first and foremost step to the journey of making the jewelry.
STEP - 02
3D Cad Designing
Convert the sketch into the graphical image with the proper Measurements and 3D CAD gives us the exact idea of how the jewelry will look when completed.
Step - 03
Wax Model
Converting the CAD into the wax model, minor settings are done here. Wax has to be precise and healthy for the best quality of the casting.
Step - 04
Casting
Once the wax model is ready a casting tree of several such wax models is made and then the casting is done. A quality check is done before setting the stones to avoid any defects in the jewelry here.
Step - 05
Stone Setting
Skilled artisans meticulously set the stones into the prepared metalwork, using techniques like prong setting, bezel setting, or pave setting, depending on the design and desired effect.
Step - 06
Polishing
The piece undergoes meticulous polishing to remove any imperfections and achieve a gleaming shine. This final step reveals the true brilliance of the stones and the metalwork.

Quality Check
Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality control process to ensure it meets the highest standards. This involves checking for stone security, metalwork integrity, and overall craftsmanship.
